Dr. Linda Bienemann

Linda Bienemann is a lawyer at our firm. During her law studies at the University of Cologne, she specialised in media and press law, freedom of speech, copyright as well as IT law.
From 2017 to 2019, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of European and International Information and Data Law with Prof. Dr Louisa Specht-Riemenschneider at the Universities of Passau and Bonn. Her main area of practice was data and data protection law, copyright and artistic copyright law, as well as internet and media law. In addition, she published a wide range of academic papers during her time at the chair and continues to write commentaries on data protection law.
